Die design & Manfacturing

We have 2 CNC milling machines. CAD / CAM is done using Unigraphics, Solid Edge, Die-defice & Vericut softwares. We make about 5 to 6 dies in a Month.

Die design and manufacturing is a crucial process in the production of metal and plastic components, ensuring precision and efficiency. It involves designing and creating dies, which are specialized tools used in stamping, casting, and molding processes to shape raw materials into desired forms.

Advanced software like CAD/CAM is used for die design, allowing for accurate modeling and simulations before production. The manufacturing process includes machining, heat treatment, and finishing to enhance durability and performance.

Die Casting

We have 6 High Pressure Die Castings machines which ranges from 120 Ton to 500 Ton. We produce castings of weight ranging from 5 gms to 5.00 kgs. The furnaces are individual holding and melting for specific alloy with necessary controls. At present we cast Al239, AlSi10Cu2Fe (ADC12), AlSi 12 / AlSi 12 Fe (LM6), AlSi8Cu3Fe (LM24) & AlSi132, Al239.

Machining

Machining is a manufacturing process that removes material from a workpiece to achieve the desired shape, size, and finish using cutting tools. It includes various techniques like milling, turning, drilling, and grinding, commonly performed using CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines for high precision.

This process is widely used in industries such as aerospace, automotive, and medical device manufacturing, where accuracy and surface finish are critical. Advanced machining techniques, including high-speed machining and multi-axis CNC operations, enhance efficiency and reduce production time.

With the integration of automation and AI, modern machining ensures better quality control, minimal material waste, and improved productivity, making it an essential part of advanced manufacturing.

Finishing / Post Processes

In-house finishing processes are Trimming, Shotblasting, Vibro-deburring.

Finishing or post-processing refers to the final steps in manufacturing that enhance a product’s appearance, durability, and functionality. These processes improve surface quality, remove imperfections, and provide protective coatings.

Common finishing techniques include sanding, polishing, deburring, and coating (such as powder coating, anodizing, or plating). Heat treatment and surface hardening are also used to enhance mechanical properties.

In precision industries like aerospace, automotive, and medical manufacturing, finishing is crucial for achieving tight tolerances and high-quality standards. Advanced technologies like laser texturing and electrochemical polishing further optimize the final product.
